Let’s have a look today one of my favorite homemade skin care recipes baking soda face wash. You will Love, love and love it! But it’s not something I can use each day. Every week yes, every day, no.
When I was at teenage, I use to wash my face with Dawn dish soap. maybe you will not believe, I’m not kidding.
I’ve learned the mistake of my way, and in fact, I’ve gone through periods where my skin care routine consisted of zero more than splashing water on my face in the morning.
I imagine I might be an extremist.
I’ve learned the failure of that too though. It just doesn’t work in the summertime when you’re sweating a lot.
So I necessitate something that will cleanse, but also, that is soft enough that I can wash with it various times a day if I need to, and this gentle homemade face wash suits the bill.
As you know, I’m a huge fan of aloe vera gel, and practice it in my homemade body products at every possibility I get. Aloe works as a non-greasy moisturizer managing dry, flaky skin. It also benefits treat acne and fights aging.
This face wash uses aloe vera as half the ingredient mass. It’s good stuff!
The other half is formed of either liquid castile soap, or homemade liquid soap, which is super simple to make – I like to practice homemade soap made with goat milk for even added skin-nourishing benefits.
Combine a few essential oils that promote skin health, and it’s basically superfood for your face!
And later you finish washing, you can follow up with more aloe vera imbued lotion via this homemade baby lotion – yes, baby lotion. It’s excellent!
