No One Told You That Your Problem Is Not High Cholesterol. This Is The Real Culprit!!
Understanding Cholesterol
Cholesterol is a soft waxy non-water-soluble core that our body readily performs sufficiently for the body’s needs. It is a kind of fatty (lipid) substance found inside our body muscles and blood plasma. (Problem Is Not High Cholesterol)
For transportation in the bloodstream, the cholesterol is glazed with a protein called lipoprotein.
The higher quantity proteins are called ‘good’ HDL (high density lipoproteins) and the more moderate density proteins are ‘bad’ LDL (low density lipoproteins). But, the LDL is not the ‘bad’ cholesterol as it’s reputed to be.
Understanding Original LDL
The “original LDL” in our body is healthy and necessary for building cell membranes, other cell parts, and a kind of essential hormones. This cholesterol assures that babies born have specifically five fingers on each hand.
The problems start when free radicals invade our body to oxidize these LDLs, setting it to ‘bad’. It is NOT the high cholesterol level that is effective for heart disease. It is the inflammation (oxidation) of the blood that is the culprit. The study has revealed that half of the heart patients had healthy cholesterol levels at the time of the attack.
It is this inflammation and other circumstances that contribute to the arterial plaque build-up and thickening of the arteries, leading to heart attacks, cuffs, and aneurysms.
People with high and constant intake of natural anti-oxidants can sustain a healthy cholesterol condition, as antioxidants promote neutralize free radicals, limiting them from damaging tissues.
Myth # 1:
Eggs boost your blood cholesterol. A research was done to classify of healthy people with normal blood cholesterol levels. To each group was given two eggs a day as part of their normal diet for eight weeks. After the study, the results showed no rise in blood cholesterol level at all.
Myth # 2:
Low cholesterol is good news. From research in Japan found that while high levels of cholesterol are connected with heart diseases, low levels added to strokes. They also found that when cholesterol levels drop, rates of depression, self-destruction and violence rose!
Symptoms Of Inflamed Cholesterol
This infirmity is usually silent and attacks modestly when it is too late. Sufferers would not grasp that their cholesterol is at toxic level unless they do a blood test. The plaque build-up in arteries induced by inflammation of the blood cholesterol will head to hardening of arteries.
Other circumstances that may arise around these unhealthy conditions are angina, diabetes, high blood pressure, and myocardial infarction.
Causes Of Inflamed Cholesterol
Several people still do not realise that this condition is an infection of the blood, where the blood cholesterol goes oxidized by free radicals, smoking or extreme consumption of trans-fatty acids or triglycerides. The more above the level of LDL cholesterol, the higher the chance of oxidation, which directed researchers to reach that higher cholesterol = higher risk of heart diseases.
Free radicals are the foremost culprit in oxidizing the cholesterols, making them aroused. They cannot be evaded as they are in the environment, particularly if we live in urban areas.
Free radicals are immediately formed in our daily city-living through anxiety, overwork and tired body, excess sunlight, water or air pollution, antibiotics, medicines, growth hormones in animal products, pesticides, herbicides, and numerous more.
Not only will the presence of these harmful elements cause harm to the body, but non-consumption of the much-needed antioxidants also play a relevant part.
Diet/Lifestyle Suggestion To Reduce Cholesterol Oxidation Naturally
Rational nutrition is the safest way to maintain healthy cholesterol fitness. By this, it would mean improving your lifestyle, know what foods to avoid, and what to take added off.

Alternatively, eat more of the restorative fats such as that from cold-pressed oils of flaxseed olive, coconut, and sesame seeds, just to name a few.
Stay tirelessly from deep-fried foods for its trans-fatty acids effect that speeds up oxidation on your healthy cholesterol. Devour fruits and vegetables for not only the fiber but also for the plenty of antioxidants and nutrients that help offset free radicals.
Which also improve consumption of omega-3 fatty acids that can be found in flaxseed oil, salmon, tuna, mackerel, herring, etc. Omega 3 fatty acid is one of the healthiest foods that help reduce oxidation of cholesterol and infection.
Include in your diet, vitamin B12 which can easily found leafy greens, wheat germ, beans, skim yogurt, lamb, turkey liver and most fish. Vitamin E serves to improve flowing and vitamin C that also helps fight carcinogens (free radicals). Foods that are high in antioxidants limit oxidation of cholesterol.
Other foods to add in your diet: banana, avocado, prunes, raisins, mushrooms, bilberries, blackberries, brewer’s yeast, algae, peanuts, brewer’s yeast, eggplant, sesame seeds, etc.
Ultimately, quit smoking. Need we say more?
