13 Powerful Essential Oils Uses and Diffuser Blends
September 1, 2019
No doubt the benefits and uses of essential oils are endless. I apply essential oils daily. It may be frankincense oil on my face, lavender oil for a burn or a scent of sweet orange for a quick pick me up even in a huge crowd.
Many times in a week I have a diffuser working with a variety of oils depending on the time of year or if one of the girls are sick. We continuously take oils with us when we travel because habitually one of us gets carsick after many hours on the road especially if we’ve been reading.
Tock Up On Your Essential Oils
I’ve bought oils from several companies over the years but I watch for sales and stock up so I have oils on hand. I like to own a variety so that I can mix up blends when I need them. I habitually buy my oils from Simply Earth, Plant Therapy or Isagenix.
Do your research and find what is right for your family.
Have These DIY Oil Supplies On Hand
You will need roller containers, inhaler tubes, lip balm tubes, and carrier oils so you can whip up some these ingredients when you need them. The roller bottle opener medium in this kit is helpful particularly if you plan to reuse roller bottles. You can buy the bottle opener tool by itself for about very less price on Amazon.
You Need More Than One Diffuser
Essential Oil Diffuser
If you’re looking at this post you already have at least one diffuser. During my first diffuser stopped working I told myself I would always have a backup diffuser. There is nothing more serious than when your diffuser dies on you. Particularly when you are using it for a sick kid! I’ve had it happen and it was a costly diffuser I got with a kit. Grab that diffuser if you see it under it less expensive and it works great.
The one I got 2 years ago is yet working great but it isn’t always in stock.
